Background
Stemming from the lower administrative rank of the Unified Planets Navy, Mitchel Jackson was assigned to be the Liason to the Lucido Miners Guild in light of the Lucido Quarantine Mission. Soon after taking the office he married the head of the Guild Zara Jackson.
