System Description
A-1832 is an F9 p Giant Star radiating with a bright white-yellow glow, giving the entire system an almost ethereal quality. A-1832’s surface temperature hovers around 6,000 Kelvin, making it warmer than most G-type stars, like Sol. Charenet is the Headquarters of Charenet Driveyards, a major supplier for spaceship propulsion systems. It’s economic status established it as a powerhouse of the sector, and functions as the birthplace for many of the starships that fly around the Albion sector. It also harbors a great spire which is thought to be pretech and supposedly has hints into the nature of the Albionic Voic Corridor. The Spire on Charenet is also the main headquarters of the Archivo Urkantone.
Scientists studying A-1832 have found that it’s radiation/gravity ration should gradually phase it into being a supergiant, though through a stronger magnetic field, it keeps its regular giant form. Some theorize that the star’s magnetic peculiarities stem from an ancient interaction with the now-dormant Jetgate network in the sector. A-1832’s magnetic field may be an aftereffect of powerful forces once channeled by a Jetgate, leaving this otherwise average F-type star in a slumber.
