Planetary Description
The Will of God is the small satellite moon of Anaris. It has enormous significance in the local culture and beliefs in the factions of the Planet. The common theme is that the moon harbors an immense amount of Water, so much that it could turn the planet into a lush paradise. This drives a number of cults to collect blood offerings, believing that if some threshold is reached, the moon will crash onto the planet and transform it to paradise.
